As you can see, we had a bit of a snow/ice storm in Seattle.  Worked form home and stayed inside in my PJs. Wishing I had ventured out some during this time to get some outdoor shots, but lesson learned for the next nasty weather day.

Baobob in Warm Light - Jan 20, 2012

Got out the SLR and the BIG lens and took some shots around the house. Definitely like the depth of field the SLR allows me.

For a photo taken late at night when I realized at 9pm I hadn’t taken a single shoot all day, I was pleasantly surprised with the results.  Again, SLR and big lens.

Despite crappy, rainy weather outside, I walked to the grocery store.

Moving Lights - Jan 23, 2012

I had taken some photos earlier in the evening, but on the drive home, I was playing with long exposures and a moving camera and lights on the road.  Kinda chaotic, but also kinda interesting.  Want to play with this a bit more one night, but maybe I will get someone else to drive me around. ;0)
